BBC have joined forces with FX to bring a new eight-part drama series starring Tom Hardy to the small screen.  Taboo is set in 1814 and will see Tom Hardy as James Keziah Delaney, a man whose left a mysterious legacy by his father and seeking vengeance against those who have wronged him.  The story was created by Tom Hardy and his father Chip, who is also a consulting producer, and has been written by Steven Knight, the man behind Peaky Blinders and Locke.  The cast also includes Michael Kelly from House of Cards and the brilliant Jonathan Pryce from Brazil and Glengarry Glen Ross
